Ed Walters is a co-founder and former CEO of Fastcase, a pioneering legal publishing company that invented many of the modern tools for legal research and post-merger chief strategy officer at vLex. He is also an adjunct professor at Georgetown Law, Cornell Law School, and the University of Chicago Law School.

Phil Rosenthal is a co-founder and longtime president of Fastcase, which revolutionized legal research while democratizing the law and the post-merger chief growth officer at vLex.
